Maximiliano has more than 14 years of experience in the air cargo transportation business, the past 9 years as an entrepreneur and founder of GSA Force Group. He started in the cargo business in 2004 when he joined LAN Cargo sales team.

For 5 years, he managed different accounts, ranging from small ones to being in-charge of the most important accounts for the company. His portfolio consisted of 33% of LAN Cargo sales in Florida.

His main strength is his focus on customer service. He believes in honesty and human values and all his efforts are to maintain the customers satisfied by understanding their needs. His roots come from the leisure industry.

After his experience in LAN Cargo, he became its GSSA in the North East region of the US. In that period, he started developing other business related to the cargo industry.
Maximiliano has an MBA from Adolfo Ibañez School of Management.
